Prevention Education And Community Empowerment (PEACE) Project Guam
The mission of PEACE is to enhance positive mental health, as well as physical, emotional and spiritual wellness among children,
youth and families by preventing mental dysfunction and substance abuse. The PEACE Council is a governor-appointed advisory
council whose members provide guidance and support in prevention systems and program development, which includes data collection,
analysis and reporting led by our State Epidemiological Outcomes Workgroup (SEOW). Alcohol use/abuse and tobacco use critical
