Building FASD State Systems: Eighth Conference: Hope, Faith, and Care: Rising to the Challenge of FASD

SAMHSA's Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) Center for Excellence held the eighth Building FASD State Systems (BFSS) conference May 11-13, 2011, in Phoenix, Arizona. With the theme of Hope, Faith, and Care: Rising to the Challenge of FASD, the BFSS conference attracted 230 participants from 49 States, the District of Columbia, two U.S. Territories, and numerous Native American communities who came together to receive updates from experts in the field, share innovative techniques for addressing FASD, and to network with peers.
