Home » Initiatives » Building FASD State Systems Meetings » 2005 Meeting Building FASD State Systems: Third Meeting Moves States ForwardSAMHSA's FASD Center for Excellence convened its third Building FASD State Systems meeting in San Antonio, Texas, in June 2005. Attendees came from all 50 States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. State representatives set goals for their States and met to brainstorm components of an ideal comprehensive system of care for FASD prevention and treatment. Participants included FASD State coordinators; staff from public health, maternal and child health, mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities agencies; and family members.
