Building FASD State Systems: Second Meeting Brings Together 50 States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom

SAMHSA's FASD Center for Excellence convened its second Building FASD State Systems meeting in Kissimmee, Florida, in May 2004. Attendees came from all 50 States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom. State representatives shared progress in addressing FASD and developed plans for the future. Participants included FASD State coordinators; staff from public health, maternal and child health, mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities agencies; and family members.
