This module describes the following:
- How alcohol reaches the fetus;
- The types and amounts of alcohol that can harm the fetus
- The specific types of damage to the brain, nervous system, and organs caused by prenatal alcohol exposure;
- The conditions caused by prenatal alcohol exposure; and
- Diagnostic issues associated with FASD.
